roomies.

Another semester of school brings another set of roommates. I got really lucky this semester. Two of my roommates, the freshman, are always asking me to do things for them. They spend their time eating junk food, working the rest of us for money, neglecting pets, and making a disaster out of our abode. We decided not to report them to the landlords because they are really good at cuddling.
My other two roommates get to assign me chores, remind me to do my homework, drag me out of bed in the morning, feed me a nutritious meal or two or three or four, buy me a pint of ben and jerry's a day, pay for my books, buy me jewelry, ask me to babysit, tell me to put on something more modest, and talk baby talk to me.
My older of those two roommates is a total health freak. He (yes, we're co-ed) has all of us on a trillion vitamins, cooks kitchen sink stew, (because it has everything BUT the kitchen sink) puts mushrooms in EVERYTHING, and throws out the oreos and sugar cereal whenever he finds it in one of our secret stashes.
The next roommate is the life of the party. By day she reads cook books and organizes gourmet meals, and by night she runs around in the house in her undies..... (garments)She is aspiring to be a wedding planner, and a love guru. I have this feeling there is something going on between her and the elder roommate. I always walk in on them making out and talking about the eternities.

In all honesty, I wouldn't trade my time here for anything else.... We are the happiest we have ever been together.
